New Events

So I have occupied S Moscow and have had the other two Moscow hexes surrounded for most of 1942 and I get the news event "Stalin holds his second Moscow conference with world leaders." Seriously?
Also, can't we add some non-historical events like "Germans and Finns link up at Finnish border."
