Ketarovs are usually found in large communities dwelling on the open plains of Grasslands or Continental planets.

Their only ColonizationSuitabilityModifiers is for OrbTypeId 18, Grasslands.

There may be more inconsistencies, I wasn't looking for one, just happened to catch my attention.

Their only ColonizationSuitabilityModifiers is for OrbTypeId 17, Forest.

I've checked the rest of the descriptions for more inconsistencies about where the races may dwell well. It turns out that not only Ketarov and Kiadian but also Atuuk, Haakonish, Ikkuro, and Ugnari are definitely inconsistent. Boskara and Wekkarus and to some extent also Ackdarian have misleading, at least not distinct descriptions.

First two are not a bug. Continentals have such high quality that they do not often get extra bonuses. We'll revisit when those factions are playable and we do a final balance pass for them.

The technocracy typo will be corrected.
