Does anyone know if it is really foggy all the time in South West Missouri?
I'm in an MP match as the CSA trying a holding game in the east and thought I go with some Indians plus 2 Cav Divisions to maybe get to Fort Leavenworth. But even in the summer there is rain and fog every other turn it seems. Doubling the cost of any offroad movement.
I have no idea of the real weather conditions over there but that sure is annoying!

That area is called 'The Ozarks' and is hot and muggy in the summer. It can get humid and hazy....and thunderstorms plus tornadoes are common.

The ground does dry out there pretty fast at least in the summer. I would think the dirt wagon roads could stay poor in the winter and spring though and not be so bad in summer.

Spring&summer there is just 15-20% of fog/rain each turn for Missiouri, I guess just bad luck.

Well, it is in editor, at map->weather layer and campaign->weather data.
