1861 Blue and Gray On Map Partisans Disabled

This is a modification of the stock 1861 Blue and Gray campaign which disables on map Partisan units. This was a little tricky to figure out how to do but I think (and hope) I made the correct changes.
Nothing else other than on map partisan units has been changed from the default 1861 Blue and Gray Campaign.
After unzipping the download place all the contents of the folder in Documents>My Games>Strategic Command American Civil War>Campaigns.
