1861 Blue and Gray One Week Turns + On Map Partisans Disabled

This is a modification of the stock 1861 Blue and Gray campaign which changes the turn length from Seasonal to 1 week turns and also disables on map partisans.
I created this for Bobo2025 who wanted this combination of changes.
Nothing else other than the turn length and disabling partisans has been changed from the default 1861 Blue and Gray Campaign.
After unzipping the download place all the contents of the folder in Documents>My Games>Strategic Command American Civil War>Campaigns.
