In 1943 or 1944, would you consider adding a range of +2 for these two advancements namely Naval Air Training and Anti-Submarine Warfare?

When I see where escort fighters 1944 can go, I am just surprised not to see improvements to level bombers from 1941 to 1945. That's all.
