I am encountering an issue when trying to load savegames.

Issue: Upon loading a savegame I get the error:

Unable to load savegame "Oject Referece" error

Game version:1.05.1243.5 (the new beta on steam)

This happens sporadically and does not happen for every savegame I create. I have not been able to identify in what cases it happens and in what cases it does not happen.

What do I do to encounter the issue?

Step 1:

Currently, I am playing the Northern Inferno campaign.

The savegame with the red box does not load correctly
The savegame with the green box does load correctly.



Step 4:

The error message window I close with the X on the top right.
I need to close the loading... error window via the taskbar because it is stuck open.


After closing CMO via File > Exit > Confirming I want to exit the game closes. However, steam still displays the game as running and in taskmanager it shows running:

• Command (32-bits)

• Launcher

When I verify the integrity of files via steam it says "63 files failed to validate and will be reacquired". After doing so the savegame is still broken and new savegames tend to break and are not loadable.

This does not happen solely in this scenario. I had this happen in standalone scenarios, other scenario's in this campaign or even in my own created scenarios.

Attached with this post are two savegames. The working one with the green box and the faulty one with the red box.

There is a fair chance that Build 1265.1 has fixed this, can you please confirm?

I do apologize for not getting back to you on this issue. The issue has indeed been solved with new CMO builds. Apologies for not responding to you.
