I see it in the combat logs but can't find it in the manual.

So you have a ground attack..
Then there is possible air support, that is air tactical value added to the attack.
Then there is possible naval bombardment support, that appears to be 1/3rd of the surface with a max of the unit strength. Though I could be wrong I have been testing this quite a bit.
Then there is HQ support, Add value of your HQ to the attack. I am hoping that it is the value of the the attacking HQ - the defending HQ and visa-versa...but again not 100% sure.
Then I see, Carrier Ground Support...though know nothing about it.

Anyone know?

Is it that the carrier tactical gets added to that attack up to a max number or is it part of the naval bombardment?

Is it separate from Naval bombardment or part of the max add?

part of naval support. A level of detail involving small groups of aircraft fighting just aren't good to scale in a corp level game.
