Hi Folks.. I tried to use my American Express and my Mastercard. This is a first for me.

Paypal no problem.

I have 2 credit cards which I have used here over the past 16 years. I have zero interest obtaining another charge card. If for some reason MatrixGames won’t accept my cards now well so Be it.

Might not even be a Matrix problem. Last I heard Bluesnap, or whatever their download and pay service is called, had problems similar to this.

Has anyone figured out how to get their credit cards to work? I have failed with 2 good cards and am hoping someone here can give me a clue on what to do next.

I also tried to purchase this morning and it gave me error in processing. I hope someone in the customer service department can help.

be careful though. when this happened to me few months back, i almost ended up with buying a game twice. first time it gave me a proccessing erro and i started to try again, but forutnately i checked my mail first and found that even though it said error, it did process the order.

What I finally found with help from customer service was that I had an old/expired coupon code attached to the transaction.

Had the same problem months ago AND the transaction ate my valid coupon so it couldn't be used again.

Not a good show. Matrix is losing sales. If they're good with that ... whatever.
