I've researched 1943 carrier tech but 2 of my CV's are stubbornly refusing to upgrade. They are in a size 6 port Noumea, "Reinf/upgrade" is set very high at over 300 and has loads of spare capacity. Enterprise and Lexington have not upgraded the last 3 turns nor for 2 or 3 turns previously at Pearl.

Have I just been unlucky? I have seen delays in upgrading before but not with the US I don't think. I believe low logistics can slow down upgrades? Didn't think that would be a cause for the US though, with 2,855 currently?

Perhaps you are upgrading plenty of other stuff. Do you have a screen of your production and of your CV stack?

Also make sure you have the setting they are on to allow upgrades.

Some players take ships and make it so they do not repair, especially early in the game so they can save PP early and only fix land and air units.

Thank you both. I do wonder if I haven't changed the setting for allowing upgrades. I'll know when i get the next turn back. I'll send screen shots if still an issue
