When I play on my laptop, the commander's report has the option to filter units by theatre box which is very useful when managing units in the Soviet Reserve. I don't have this tab on my desktop. Does anyone know what is causing this?

Make sure it is enabled. Click on the triangle next to Unit Name and check the filter.
