[Suggestion/Bug] Ctrl-selected ships can't capture

If I ctrl-select a group of ships my only options against enemy targets are attack or move. Capture should be an option.

Select a single ship and Right-click to Capture shows up.
Select a fleet and Right-click to Capture shows up.
Select two or more ships and Right-click to Capture isn't available.
That's not just an academic question as there simple cases you need this: you have a fleet refueling in a system with a pirate base and you don't need the whole fleet, especially not ships which are en route to join the fleet in the system and should be refueled before taking any further action.
