[Suggestion] Designs: add Show On Map button

It's nearly impossible to find certain ships or bases on the map.
Whether you want to find outdated leftovers which won't retrofit for unknown reasons or, which I had to find out lately, send your last Warp Bubble constructors literally across the map for retrofitting once they have finally finished their decades long job of repairing an abandoned ship skipping multiple small and medium spaceports.
Your empire will border various other empires. Some will be friendly, other eager to find a reason to attack your outposts. When you want to run more than a single design for all your bases, using light designs for save areas and heavy designs near some of your borders, you end up checking your bases frequently in said regions because your New Mining Locations queue (and other queues) will only build the latest design whatever it may be.
In the end it's just a filter, which has to stay active until you're finished making adjustments. Instead of going back and forth for each single entity just throw a massage. As long it's open show the selected designs on the map. When we're done all we have to do is closing the message.
One more thing. Fighters. They still are only editable selecting All Types. Now guess how you'll find an outdated fighter which isn't updated for over four decades...
