It seems the small ports in the Banda sea area aren't blockading correctly, the can only be blockaded by 3 ships not 1 like they should, all others i tested in the salmons and elsewhere that I tested seem to be working correctly

This is working as expected. Only small one hex island can be blockade by one ship.
