What bonuses does the AI get on various difficulty levels?

What does ie. "Hard" do?

Just how much negative reputation you get for invading outside of wars and bombarding. Its disruptively massive at Extreme, don't even think about invading an independent world unless you want no allies and the population to be uncomfortable with a bad reputation, while the AI does it willy-nilly. I'd recommend Hard.

I'm sure there's more, but that's the only thing I can tell is different without checking specific values between games, through several playthroughs.
