[FIXED] Is ARH missile's radar nerfed in Beta update?

Build 1265.1
I turned the shooter's radar off when the missile (AIM-120-C-7) goes Pitbull. But missiles failed to achieve a lock. The target is a Su-27. I tried the scenario several times, looks like the missile's radar seeker is only effective in less than 1nm distance. Anything > 1nm will cause a failure on acquisition. It is a surprise, in old version anything in that 10nm radar search cone will be locked.

If this were IRL, you have been 'notched'. Worse if the mode on active is a Pitbull.
HPRF mode is for a head on, high doppler regime shot
MPRF mode is for a less favourable doppler regime (tail chase) but cannot recall if it works on beam shots.
I can repeat what you see every time I play it, I just know if that was real life, the shot would not have been taken, or the Hornet was notched after it fired.
Perhaps the datalink should have commanded the missile into a tail chase if the AI still holds the contact and then command a Husky activation.
What I did notice is that missile is bleeding speed like its flying through treacle, not the thin air it would in Block 3 altitudes. But thats a whole different set of threads.

It was notched but like I said, I didn't expect the AIM-120's weapon seeker needs to be less than 1nm to acheive a lock.

Yeah I noticed this too. ARH missiles behave more like SARH missiles, even if the target is not notching. If the launching aircraft loses radar lock, the missile is unable to home in on the target, even if it is within its radar cone.

This will be fixed in the next beta update. Thanks for the report.
