Supply in Burma

Imho it is too easy too supply lots of units in Burma, for both sides, Burma was notoriously hard to get supply through and it seems folks are putting a lot more units in there then was possible to supply, it seems a simple solution would be to reduce the port level of both Calcutta and Bangkok, yes, no, maybe ?

Calcutta supply won't matter honestly except for Japan. India has full supply via rail...once it makes it to Burma they can supply unlimited units.

Burma becomes a slog for both the Allies and the Axis. I am in Burma and my units are having supply issues. Then again I have 8+ armies there and can barely hold the territory.

My opponent found the weak point and it is keeping me from being able to supply enough units and has cut then off multiple times. A new tactic I will be using.

He also has a massive Allied army there...4+ US corps with Kiwis and Aussies backing them up...
The Axis will slowly be worn back. Question will be is how long will that take?

IF you wanted to cut supply back you have to back the rail lines off..That is the only way to drop supply.

You basically have to have rail reach the oil field.
Remove roads around the port between Calcutta and Rangoon
And cut the roads in the North from the rail...
Would have to test that though...that would tank supply levels in that area.

This is true that Allies can put plenty of corps in Burma early. But, Japanese can put plenty of armies too. This is quite hard to balance everything. But, I think balance is quite good here even if there are plenty of corps/armies there.

that is a good point I forgot India was Main supply, I wonder was there really that many railways in Burma?
