Calculating total actual mining rates ... ?

So I have 2 mining stations with a large and a small mining engine for a total of 57 potential mining rate (at 100% resource richness).
I am looking at the 2 mining stations for Caslon. One of them is a simple 60% 1 resource only calculation:
.6 X 57 = 34.2 effective mining rate (assuming this is how it is calculated).
The second mining station presents a complex mining situation having 3 different resources all at different riches.
One method would be to divide the mining potential by the number of available resources and apply the richness factor to each share:
57 / 3 = 19
Caslon @ 75% results at 19 X .75 = 14.25 ..... add the other simple Caslon station resulting rate of 34.2 ( 14.25 + 34.2 = ) yields 48.45. But the report on Caslon production shows 59.85.
So lets try another method of dividing up mining rates for multiple resources:
Add the richness factors to a sum of richness and apply a weighted mining capacity to the appropriate resources. The idea here is spend mining potential on the proportionate richness.
Here goes: Miredean 1 has 75% + 9% + 6% riches for a total of 90%. Since Caslon is at 75% we will apply .75 of 90% toward of the mining rate: So .75 X .9 X 57 = 38.475 ... add this to the 34.2 from the other simple mining effective rate and it totals 72.675; this is also not the way DW2 is dividing up the mining rate.
