[1.0.6.0] Colony Ship pathing via gravillex infested system

Freshly minted Colony ship, full o passengers, had been manually controlled & stationary, awaiting a new planet to colonise.
Flagged new colony (New Colony Tab, click button) - ship is assigned, change colony ship to full auto.
Colony ship decides, instead of going straight to colony target, to route via a Gravillex infested system. I'm alerted to this when I get the cancellation notice and realise its gone out of its way to go via this system.
I dont have any mining or fuelling stations in this sytem. My ally has a mining station but no fuel. The target colony world was within direct fuel range. Colony ship picked the exact planet with the gravillex around it to jump to instead of another planet to waypoint through.
Pretty sure I'd detected the gravillex prior, but cant be certain.
