[1.11.08] Waterless lava planets have marshy terrain (WAD, I think)

When generating unclassified planets, I'm seeing planets with lava seas/lakes/rivers that are listed as waterless, but they have marshy terrain regions - mostly but not always around the lava bodies-of-"water". Those should probably either be eliminated, or there should be some equivalent marsh-analogue broken lava terrain on Cerebus and Cerebus-esque planets.

(They do dry up when you move onto the life stage of generation, but it seems like they shouldn't be there in that form at all. It may just be a matter of them looking weird, but the outcome is WAD, in which case obviously ignore this.)

(Second edit: finished generation and the waterless planet actually has base seas rather than lava seas, so this is all WAD. I think. OTOH, my regime is collecting ~4.5k water from their starting zone despite the planet being waterless. So it's still a little weird.)
