Let unarmed transports (land & air) field-test w/o combat

Right now, unarmed transport units only ever get field testing when they're damaged. Their function is, by definition, to avoid this. It feels *really weird* to say the best way to improve my motorized transports is to send a bunch out on suicide missions - their field testing is hauling troops and equipment, most of which would be hors de combat. As it stands, transports slowly if ever gain field testing. Letting them slowly gain field testing during ordinary non-combat use would be very welcome and would not seem at all unreasonable even if it's not the same mechanics as anything that's armed.

This is an improvement I've also wished for.

Both of my truck models are still at 0% field testing at around turn 100, albeit without any large scale deployments. For instance, playing on a mountainous map, I dont have a motorised corps yet. Air Reconnaissance is also hindered by this rule. But i managed to put some testing gain on them by repeatedly flying over hostile flack guns. Their testing did jump up pretty quickly then. I think between 10 and 30% for the first few battles, wow. So Air Recon, at least, does gain testing experience very quickly when being successfully attacked.

I also consider putting some weapons on my Air Transports, just so they can build their field testing modifier.

Some kind of limited passive gain, from 'maintenance testing' rather than 'battle testing' maybe, for these kinds of models only, would be a nice.
