Hi all,
I'm playing my first game as Blue and figuring out how stopping CSA blockade runners. The first message in the game gave me the impression that I had to get close to BR hexes, but they don't appear on my map. Any idea about that ? Am I mistaken ? Spain/Fr/GB % keep increasing despite my Frigates. Thanks !

I think that if the CSA sells the cotton at the beginning those hexes won't appear.

So i have to intercept them as in other SC games, by placing naval units on their course. Thanks.

You have to click the blue hexagon shaped button on the center bottom interface with the letter "i" in it. That'll make those European mobilization locations appear or disappear.
