Intro video issue

Hey guys,
Having issue with opening video not being displayed fully. It is only showing a partial clip? In other words it shows up only as half an image. Can you help? I have windows scaling at 175 and/or 200 %. Thanks for any help!

A "partial clip" as in cutting off before its conclusion? Or it runs through to completion but the display is clipped?

Thanks Berto,
Video plays to conclusion but right half of video is cut off. The left side I can see but not the whole image/video. Does that make sense?

Yeah, makes sense. Hard thing to fix, probably. We will look into it.

Thanks Berto. For some reason it did play correctly for a short while months ago and can't remember if I messed up some settings
and now it won't work?! Its a neat video though!

I suspect it is because you are using windows scaling, therefore the video is also scaled, so it is cut off

I have windows scaling at 175 and sometimes 200. I did the fix to high DPI settings that you guys recommended.
What windows scaling option do you recommend? I just need to up it to see it well

Tried all the settings and scaling, no go. I did discover that it displays properly when executing the MP4 file from within the video file in the the game files. For what its worth ?
