More thematic race behaviours

Hi all,
This game is really all I've been playing since it's launch and still loving every minute. I'm keen to hear anyone's thoughts on tweaks, if there are any, that make the game more thematic. By this I mean enhancing/forcing the AI to adopt the strategies implied in each races back story and race specific tech advantages. This could be anything from ship loadouts to fleet composition or even expansion strategy and diplomacy. So far, in all the games I've played, the races just don't appear to behave in ways that make them distinct from one another.
