Mortalen Fleet Carrier is a copy of Mortalen Heavy Carrier except for the Name-tag.

Every other race has a level 3 Fleet Carrier with different stats to their respective level 2 Heavy Carrier.

Even both share the same level 2, only Mortalen Heavy Carrier shows up with a blueprint in the designer.
Since both, level 2 and level 3, share most of their stats, it's most likely a copy'n'paste error.

The level sharing actually caused this issue, the component slots on both ships are supposed to be the same but the Fleet Carrier is intended to have some improved stats.

I've committed a fix for that so it should be in the next build.
