I added a lot a new stuff to the tech tree but a lot of them fused with existing tech i know how to move them right to left and vise versa but i dont know how to move them up and down please help a newbie out


Edit: figured it out trying but now i cant exclude some of the tech i get a error message or it does not work

The value underlined is the row.
