I am using the latest beta for WITE2. But in every version including this one, after about an hour of playing the orange, teal, and blue lines between units and HQs disappears. Is this normal that those lines disappear after a while of playing? It becomes difficult to find subordinate units to HQs without those interconnecting lines. I have to save and restart the game every hour or so to get the interconnecting lines back Is this a WAD or is there a fix for this? j

I think you may be inadvertently pressing shift-z, which toggles command links. The next time it happens, press shift-z again.
