I have tried to figure out why UK has NO logistics or at most 1?? It is Sept 43, the economy has 490. The stockpile never increases beyond 1, what am I doing wrong, or is this a bug. HELP. UK cannot build anything. Thanks

This is normal. This is reflecting the fact that UK did not commit a lot of troops in Pacific. It was focused on Europe.

With your UK production points, you can buy ships however since ships do not need logistics points. Be sure to have the latest 1.00.07 patch for this to work.

Other than that, the best is to transfer your production points to India by creating a trade agreement between UK and India. You need enough merchant marine (MM) for this. Merchant marine can be bought without logistics points if I am not mistaken.

India is having plenty of manpower and of logistics points. With all the production sent from UK (and USA by the way), India can then produce plenty of land units, planes, …

Last point, all the production of UK can also be used to buy support units like supply trucks and AAA guns. These items can be very useful to Indian army that can concentrate on building its troops. Colombo in particular, put 6 AAA guns in there, as soon as possible, to avoid a costly air raid from the Japanese carrier fleet.
