Adjusting map terrain in Mexico

Hi - I would recommend making some adjustments to the terrain in Mexico in the interests of realism (and also to make the map more interesting).

Mexico City is located on a high flat plateau which extends to the north of the city. So while mountainous terrain has to be crossed to reach it from either coast, the centre of the country is nowhere near as mountainous as currently depicted on the map. Nor is the terrain immediately around Mexico City covered in forest (though the mountains both due east and west are still forested and presumably were moreso in the 19th century). Several hexes around Mexico City should be clear terrain and I believe more clear terrain should be added around the towns to the north, such as Queretaro.

Also, there are three high volcanos that are permanently snow-covered in Mexico: Orizaba in Veracruz and Popocatépetl and Iztaccihuatl, both due east of Mexico City between Puebla and Morelos. These should be high mountain hexes with snow features.

In the same vein, I doubt that the far west of the USA is quite as uniformly mountainous as depicted on the map. You might introduce a bit more terrain variety (e.g. rivers, plateaus, hill hexes), even if it has no impact on the game.
