1.0.40 Installer - where?

Greetings,
I saw the old Installer disappeared from the download page.
Given the latest patch has a pretty crippling bug in Server Games (supplies disappear from minor powers / nations aligning up to the main combatants) it does good to simply stick to the old patch that has games working bug-free there in PBEM mode.
Alas only the latest installer is at hand now - can the previous installer be put in the download options again please?
