Machinery not added

Starting with the latest patch I find that machinery discovered in ruins is not being added to my inventory.

It was always added to zone stock. Logistics permitting, will be delivered to your SHQ next turn.

Thanks. Makes sense. It always seem instantaneous in the past. Will check.
