Leader Key Info Sort Column.

It would be very useful to have a "Key Info" for turned recruited. as our leader pools get larger its harder to know who was just recruited by a strategem, this Sort Column would make it trivial to quickly look at who is new to your leader pool. Or to easily identify your old-hat leaders that should hopefully been investing their xp wisely
