I don't know if this is intentional for some reason - I expect it's an inadvertent bug / change -
Used to be that mousing over the various worlds in the bottom bar of the galaxy view drew a line from that icon to the actual system it resides in.

This is now gone in 1.0.6.6 beta.

This is fixed in 1.0.6.8

Devs already know about this, said it was a side effect on trying to improve late game performance. Will be fixed.
