Hi everyone,

I am playing around with the editor and there are two things I don't understand in the "Device" tab (even by going through the WITW editor manual):
- what does the "Effect" do? Some devices do have a positive number, others have just 0;
- why some devices do have a negative ROF? Does it mean they never fire in the combat phase?

usage of effect depends on device type/class
negative rof means it needs more time to reload than one combat phase, Phase = combat range move forward or backward so a ground element with an rof of -1 may fire at say initial 5k range but misses the phase shift to 1k and is back to firing at 300
