Victory conditions

In my last game I tried to get a deceisive victory with the axis. In the ingame victory conditions it is said that you need Berlin, Rom, Warschau, London, Paris, Kairo, Leningrad, Stalingrad and Moscow. I had held all cities but London and captured the city with an amphibious landing. But I was suprised that the game still went on. In the manual I found that GB must be conquered. But after three turns I got a deceisive victory without conquering great britain. Why the game ended without taking whole GB? Surrendered GB because of their low moral (17% at the end), or is it enough that not one defender is in the near of London or are there other rules?

For a deceisive Victory you also need to conquer all adjacent hexes to london. Unfortunatly it is not clearly stated in the manual.

It is in the patch notes. Guess they didn't get around to amending the victory conditions in the manual or in the in-game button.

Thanks. Now it is clear to me. There were still two tanks besides London in the turns before, but in my last turn one drived away to recapture Norwich and the other was destroyed by Luftwaffe.

Hi
The requirement to capture all hexes around London is included in the Victory Conditions in the Strategy Guide, they are on the last page of each campaign's Guide.
The Strategy Guides are the best places to look for any campaign specific information and they should be up to date in all particulars. They can be accessed either via the launcher button or in-game via one of the buttons at the top right of the screen.
