The Brits landed in Algeria at Casablanca, I move them down the road to Oran and they cannot enter the hex 1 space out from Oran. There is no option to move at all. I checked the Brits Diplomacy and Algeria was not on it, but it was for the US.

What have I not done properly to bring the UK in with the US against Algeria?
