Ive already raised this previously but still seeing the same issue....Even though a nuclear weapon tech is researched ie "Tactical Nukes" - I dont get any option to create a nuke based artillery......This is has been going for a while so cover at least the last 3-4 patches Im guessing....

The description for Tactical Nuke is wrong. There is no nuke artillery, instead it gives you an option for a special weapon for Monitor Tank.
