I have just purchased this game and down loaded the latest patch version: 1.0.2. Whilst going through the Tutorial the TEC (terrain effects chart) Tab does not work, no chart appears?
Anyone having a similar issue?

Thanks for the report. I can confirm the TEC is not appearing in v1.0.2. The TEC does appear in v1.0.1 so this is a new bug. Until this gets patched, I recommend consulting the TEC in the game manual (Appendix A, pgs.108-110).
