Just wanted to say, "Thank you" for the buffs to the Rumanians. Some good buffs. Will keep informed of the performance of these units in game.

These are not buffed but normal values for all I remember. They're just 0 fatigue, 100 CCP, grand supplies, etc.

I think the only potential change is that the Frontier Division has been upped to be 'Axis Elite'.

previously they started with lower current morale, now they start with current morale equal to NM

this is good, but as Exalted AAR showed - it is unlikely that it will matter much, also vast majority of Axis allies are still useless, especially poor Italians
but better than nothing, maybe in the future they will be finally fixed, at least i hope so

Yes the Guard division started with 50 out of 60.
In a game I even nursed it to 70 out of 60 ... but it was still unable to keep a hex on its own pretty much. Not that a single German division can in '42 in general unless it's like thick forest, lvl fort 3 in some quiet sector where Soviets have only divisions.

Debunk what? It is a buff that these NOW start at 60 morale not having to nurse them up to the morale they should have started in the first place. Hence a buff and a buff none the less & I will take it. Yes, the Frontier Division is now elite, I will take it(45 previous vs 60 now) The Mtn brigades now start with 65 morale also not having to work its way up. Minor buffs but again these are better than "nothing". You can keep the other "non-buffed" divisions if you like. I will take these. So in my eyes there was no "debunking".

Is it a buff? Yes. It will spare nursing morale up. That is true.
But how sensitive of a buff is - that is what I do not agree to!

Semantics, in the end!

To me the real buff needed is a flat raise of National Morale of all Axis minors. But that is a tale discussed already elsewhere.
