[WAD] SAMs shooting SAMs?

It seems impossible for me to get my units to shoot down incoming SAMs. Here I'm trying to get my Iver Huitfeldt to shoot down an incoming SAM. It's got a hold of the missile with a CEROS FCR and the APAR, so it should be able to.
Am I just missing something? The missile in question is a SA-N-21d Growler.

Little hard to see the image, but the issue seems to be with magazines. Check out the section 9.2.8 My @#%^@#% weapon won’t fire!!! which is very useful in general. Magazine produces 73 hits in the manual, so there is a lot there to address what's going on.

Short answer: No SAM/AAM can shoot down other SAM/AAM at this moment, only lasers can do this in game.
Long answer: Why would you want to do this?
SAM/AAMs are high velocity and maneuverable targets, you do need something very good and expensive to engage it in order to have a decent chance intercepting it.
Standard procedure of Ruz SAM are using two missiles to engage a aircraft. Imagine how many missiles would be needed to intercept something flying in M3+ and doing 10G+ acrobat.
And imagine how your OPFOR could burn through your magazine and pocket with a *&%$# load of much cheaper SA-2s and 3s. They are old, but if you do nothing those flying telephone poles still have a chance inflicting serious damage.

IIRC only HEL (laser) weapons are able to engage SAMs.
