House rules:

Unready units not allowed to enter enemy territory
No naval invasion west of Sevastopol when German controlled
No transferring SU's through ZOC
Soviet max supply priority 3 until 9/42
No Soviet super depots until 9/42
Motorization only within friendly territory
Don't abuse TB
- no transport transfers
- try to maintain TB near 100%
Avoid cheese in general

Modified scenario:

Lowered German sudden victory requirements
Increased '42 Objective VP values
Sevastopol Capture date moved forward
Removed some Soviet time bonuses
Romanian NM 50 until '43
Modified air NM
- Soviet '41 air NM 60 -> 45
- Soviet '42 air NM 45 -> 50
- Axis air morale 65 from '43, 60 from '45

Rules should be a pretty substantial buff to Germans
