With the research project at the bottom of the queued projects, I can’t move it up the queue. The reason given in the tooltip is “Cannot move: Project above is parent (must be researched first)”. Which is not true.


And in fact, if instead of trying to move “Weapons Specialization” up, I move “Enhanced Research” down, then I can move up “Weapons Specialization” without problems.

I have seen that in at least one other occasion, with v1.0.6.0. The research project that was immovable when at the bottom of the queue was “Genetic Replication”.

Sometimes I see that message and can move the blocking tech project down. Or I can move a third project to move the stuck project.
