[1.0.6.4] AI Civilian/military ship chilling inside star causing issues similar to when gravilexes did it

As the title says. There is a Mortalen AI fuel tanker, in the middle of a star, just sitting there.
Just on the outskirts of the star, is the entire combined Boskara fleet (7 fleets) trying to kill it. But it cant get to it.
So the Boskara fleet is pretty much just stuck in an endless loop trying to kill this fuel tanker, without success. It is gimping the AI quite badly.
Attached image. I do have a savegame file available if need be, but it is 60MB. Let me know if that would help.
