Is there anything that can be done to increase the amount of logistics stockpiled. In my PBEM game New Zealand has over 400 PP's but can't build anything because it only has 1 logistic point in the stockpile column. In the left column it has 114 logistics points but the stockpile column has not increased for multiple turns.

It won't increase. Logistics is there to reflect the size of an army that a given country can support.

The good news is that ships are not costing any logistics now. You may buy some ships.
Other than that, you can buy supply trucks with your PP (useful for all Commonwealth countries).

At the end, reduces your PP convoy to New Zealand. India probably needs those PP to buy infantry corps and planes.

Build supply trucks...that is what I do when no more logistics is available.

Well no, New Zealand don't have shipyards. Forget about this but I will post in the Tech Forum.
