This is a quibble level error.

At Axis resignation (i.e. Allied looking over the end of game), the UK minors don't show up on the purchase screen.

Ah yes, this could be because purchases are disabled, that this part of the code then gets in the way of proper listings... I'll add it to the list of what to look at for the next patch.
