menus

Can someone tell me how to find the specific menus, like the military menus?
Sorry guys, I forgot to tell you, I haven't even played the game yet.
It is so complex that I am trying to grasp everything on the manual.
I have never played such a complex game before and once I get the hang of it, I think it will most certainly be the best game I will ever have played especially how fascinated I am with that part of world history
