My attempt is stuck with the setting of EMCON, the Sam is switching between emitting and silent, but the radar was never turned off. The scenario is to ambush F-16V with HQ-9B when the boggy is detected.

Okay, I got confused with the radar ring, this white ring is always displayed, but when I switch to another side, the on and off can be detected.
