Captured supplies seems non-existent in .41 beta

In previous game versions, I used to enjoy some notable supply / fuel booty acquisitions when occupying the Soviet major cities, such as Riga, Minsk, Lvov, etc.
In .41 beta, they seem to have all dried up.
Is this just very bad luck or did something change?

The following is from end of turn 1 from .29 Beta.
You get nothing like this now.

In contrast, this is how it looks in .41 Beta.

Interesting.
The Germans actually conducted alot of their operations with captured supplies. The Wehrmacht was ordered to "live off the land".
Definitely a large reduction in captured supply in your pictures, however:
It could also be that your enemy put the supply priority to 0 in these cities and pumped it into his cities that won't fall as easily.

In this instance, I don't believe that is the case.
The results posted are prior to the enemy even getting a turn yet.

The posted changes are more than just a few bad rolls.
In general, newly acquired supplies / fuel looks to have been reduced by as much as 1/10th of the previous amounts.
Was this in the patch notes somewhere?

I looked at AI test games from .32 to .42 (a test version) and the results all looked like your higher values. I just ran a quick test as human and was generally getting less captured goods in .42, until I got to Riga where I captured 5000 supplies and 1750 fuel (but that's still less than the AI captured). In general though, the values do seem to be lower. I can't explain why the AI tests don't seem to be any different, while from your posts and my quick test it looks like the human player is capturing less of the city stores. I will ask the programmers, but going back to .29 versus .41 is a big spread in time/changes, so they aren't likely to recall anything that might be the cause of this. I take it your results are from human German games, right? Do you have anything closer to .41 to pin down when this might have changed?

Very interesting, thanks. Could it just be random luck? I was told that there is a lot of randomness to the capture routine.

Random? Fair chance. This is the game that prompted me to post how easy Axis T1 had become. I didnt lose a combat. I have never done that b4. I must admit that I have become somewhat cautious in my targets especially in AGS.
I will redo T1 afresh and report back.
cheers

I just redid T1, only capturing depots. What is captured from each individual depot varies widely but overall the total aamount captured is comparable.
