Are the mechanics of this process the same as in WitE original edition? Thanks.

It is yes.Champagne wrote: Thu Sep 22, 2022 1:33 am If one moves adjacent to a Routed enemy unit, doesn't it displace far away?
There are differences that appeared after the start of independent development of WITE1. In WITE1, in the latest patches, units stopped retreating to the rear of the enemy, and in general the direction of retreat was better optimized. And the rest of the ground part of the war remained almost unchanged. The main differences are air warfare and supply.Joel Billings wrote: Thu Sep 22, 2022 4:10 pm Basically the rules for isolation and routing are similar if not exactly the same as they were in WitE1.
Close. I wrote the voice script for PG (Bret and Chuck pulled a Tom Sawyer fence painting act on me for that and the campaign game design). Barry Lank was the voice actor, and won the Computer Gaming World award that year for best-voice over acting. That game was a real labor of love by many. If you look at the credits it's a who's who list of SSI greats.Champagne wrote: Thu Sep 22, 2022 4:44 pm Joel Billings! Thank you!
Is it true that you provided the voice narration in the original Panzer General game back in 1994?
By the way, this was my introduction to the turn-based strategy genre! I enjoyed playing the first part of this series of games. But this game is much, much better and more interesting!Joel Billings wrote: Thu Sep 22, 2022 6:24 pmClose.
