In one of my PBEM, I am checking the oil stockpile of all countries and I am surprised to see that USSR is already at 100% with only 353 points. This is quite low. Just wondering why.

I hope this will be enough for August 1945.

It's the Siberian Front. They don't need that much oil. 353 is way more than enough.
